Terms of service

These terms cover your use of PaidVia AI, which is operated by Propty, Inc. ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
What PaidVia AI does
PaidVia AI reads your invoices, sends payment requests and reminders to your customers in your business's name, lets customers pay by card into your own Stripe account, and keeps track of what is still owed.
- We never hold your money. Card payments go directly to your connected Stripe account under Stripe's terms.
- No guarantee of payment. We help you follow up. We can't promise that any customer will pay, or pay on time.
- You stay in control. Nothing is sent to a customer until you've confirmed the invoice and its recipient, and either asked for the payment request or turned on automatic requests. You can pause or stop reminders at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Check the invoice details we read before confirming them. Amounts, due dates and recipients are your responsibility.
- Only send to customers you have a genuine business relationship with, and only for amounts they actually owe.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business and your communications with customers, including debt collection, consumer protection and anti-spam laws.
- Keep your sign-in email secure, and tell us at support@paidvia.ai if you think someone else has used your account.
What you may not do
- Use PaidVia AI to harass, threaten or mislead anyone, or to send messages that aren't about real invoices.
- Upload content you don't have the right to use, or try to get into other workspaces or interfere with the service.
We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts customers or the service at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you first.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel from Manage billing at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid aren't refunded unless the law requires it.
Connected services
QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe and email delivery are run by their own providers under their own terms. If a provider is unavailable or changes its service, the related features may stop working until it is restored.
Your data
Your invoices and customer information belong to you. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy page. You can export your data at any time, and ask us to delete it.
The service as provided
We work to keep PaidVia AI accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for unpaid invoices. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and email account owners before it takes effect. You can stop using PaidVia AI and cancel your plan at any time.
